I've already got cracking on it, with the timezone difference here in Australia I've had a day head start![[Edited by Tichsta on Friday March 7, 2014 5:02 PM]] |

Painting is pretty much all done, just finishing off the base and waiting for water effects to dry. The Koi in the water will be covered over by a fair bit more water effects (which is still cloudy as it dries), and I've got some lily pads to add to the top of the water also. Will have to think about what to add as a bonus now! ![]() |

Don't have to be too detailed with the sculpting as once they are covered over properly with the water effects it will cover up the details and make them look like nice little Koi in their pond! Super easy to do, I'm completely useless at sculpting but managed this no problem haha, its not too hard to make a fish shaped blob. |

I really like the base and water effect you have, the fish just make it pop, well done. Would like to see more photos if possible, maybe a few from different angles. ![]() Sarge "If you ain't CAV, you ain't!!" |

First time I had used water effects in this way so was pretty fun, although was a bit of a slow process. One thing i should have done is put a few lily pads under the board walk, it looks a bit off just having the lily pads around the outside (even though in nature the lily pads would be naturally drawn out from underneath due to the light)... Oh well! Criticism is very welcome! So I'm hoping to add Yin, The Penangalan as a bonus for this month, I've already made a pretty good start on her!
