Had probably the worst luck imaginable and had my puppy get a hold of my Guild's Justice box set and eat most of the arms. Oddly, just the arms. This is the plastic gobbler.  I tried to make the best of it while waiting for replacements and wound up finishing the Whelps, painted up the Children of December 2e Malifaux box set and another unit of warders. I'm not sure if this will count as a complete, since I actually can't physically finish the original target, but tried to at least do something comparable. I really like the new Malifaux models. I think they are fantastic sculpts and I can't wait to play more games with them. The warders I did with the concept of Spirit Warders. I wanted a way to differentiate between then beyond just the tartans. I thought it would be a cool idea to have spirits not yet released to be reborn by Dhunia. Even with indirect and filtered lighting these bastards just seem to glow. Really happy with how they came out, and it made the decision for me that all of my "second" units for my Trolls will wind up being like this, with a second unit of Fenns on the horizon.         |
