So I cleaned up the crew and started assembly.Bad Juju has some massive "craters" in him where you need to attach his arm and head (sorry, I didn't think to take a before pic):  I filled the holes with a little more green stuff than necessary, wetted the green stuff and pressed the head and arms into their respective sockets. I cut away the excess green stuff that oozed out with a sharp hobby knife. This resulted in the perfect "negative" to the pieces I'd be pinning to the body once the green stuff dried. Once Bad Juju was cured, I went ahead and assembled the entire crew. There is a little gap filling left to do on the Silurids (hopefully I'll get through it tonight).  Off to a bit of a slow start, but looks like I'll have a nice chunk of time to dedicate to painting this weekend. |

Member Since: September 24, 2013 RK: 1 MP: 0 | Sunday March 16, 2014 9:12 PM Made some serious headway on my threat this weekend (and got to try out some new stuff as well):Gave my Sotar it's first real run - what a beautiful AB to use! Silurids after AB  Bad Juju after AB  Once the base colors were laid in by AB, on came the tunes and out came the brushes. Bases (pretty much finished, just need a little greenery and water, but that will be after I have them attached)  The Silurids (everything done except for bases)  Bad Juju  Voodoo Doll (everything done except for it's base)  Now only Zoraida herself is left to paint! |

Here are the finished pics of the crew!Family Photo  Zoraida  Voodoo Doll  Bad Juju  Silurids  Not sure what will come next, but I'm pumped to be back painting Malifaux again! |
