 Member Since: August 6, 2013  RK: 1 MP: 0   | Tuesday September 3, 2013 8:24 AM I found this great site and forums last month, and would have loved to participate in last month's threat, but I was moving. Thanks to all those that did participate, and painted some pretty amazing and inspirational stuff!So now that the move is done (mostly)... I challenge/threaten myself to paint 6 thunderwolf cavalry for 40k Space Wolves! This is a project for a friend that I really would like to get done by mid-month, but I have been a notoriously slow painter in the past... so we shall see how it goes. The friend wants to base the models himself, but I will be fully painting just the models. The models came to me with a base color and a real crappy assembly job (ebay). So last night I did some reassembly/fixing up, which scraped off some of the base color, but I am going to continue just working on top of the otherwise decent base color. I will get pics of their current state tonight or tomorrow, and am really excited to be participating in this months paint threat! Good luck everyone! Bought a few things from BTP, at least you can call and talk to a person there. Good Luck |
