The edge highlights were the right thing to do in the end.We can seldom get our children to do what we tell them, but they almost never fail to imitate us. |

Or at least what I tried to accomplish ![]() @COURAGEnHONOUR: you were completly right about the edge highlightings, they made each part of the armour pop against the other colours. I used for the first time the Edge paints from GW on a serious project and I was really surprised by how easily I could control them (with a bit of drying retarder in the mix) |

Oh and also how to put my paint scheme on it ![]() ![]() [[Edited by Apaintingchaos on Tuesday June 25, 2013 7:37 AM]] |

The square block to GS in the middle of the hull is there to give a "base" to the flying stand so the model will not wiggle too much on the stand itself |

![]() Member Since: May 13, 2013 ![]() RK: 1 MP: 0 ![]() ![]() | Thursday June 27, 2013 6:21 PM Because for that kind of join a pin will make the weapon stay in place better than a magnet (and it would be a very small magnet to fit in there, like 2 o 3 mm wide)Also, I could use the pin to handle the weapons while painting them ![]() |
