What do you guys think? |

As for the nose, I personally like it, fits the scheme, and breaks up the outline like cammo is suppose to.[[Edited by Sarge on Monday July 15, 2013 4:44 PM]] Sarge "If you ain't CAV, you ain't!!" |

It will blend everything together nicely. We can seldom get our children to do what we tell them, but they almost never fail to imitate us. |

I'll apply a purple oil wash on it like i did with the Wraithkning (being more carefull this time).I'll probably put a bit of black on the nose just when I fix the masking related mistakes (I'm currenlty gloss coating the model) |

A brief update on the the Hemlock before I move on to my current project. Suffice to say that the fix-the-bits-where-the-masking-tape-failed project was a total disaster.... I re-masked the hull in the wrong way and ended up almost ruining the paint job... This happend a couple of days before leaving town to go on holyday so I kinda left the Hemlock in his box and forgot about him. I'll probably get back to him after I'm done with the project I'm currently working on: a ruined building for a game table one of the guys in my gaming group is building. This is a first for me, I never build a building before and so far the only scenery bit I've worked on is an Aegis Defence Line. Here are a couple of pics of the ruin after the main construction steps have being completed: What's left to do is detail work and builing the pavement for that big empty space in front of the ruin Oh, I'd like to add that I plan to paint it for the October paint challenge of the forum. If complete the build process in time that is O_O Edit: more info and step by step pics on my blog here [[Edited by Apaintingchaos on Monday September 30, 2013 6:13 AM]] |
