My workspace is in the basement... it was getting cold and I was too lazy to put on pants. I went up and watched TV. You'll be glad to know that tonight I am in fact wearing some nice warm pants, and have been somewhat productive! I have to agree with Sarge, the salt method does look much better. This time though, I just dunked it in warm water for a while. Seems to have worked alright.  Got started on the riders as well. I'm somewhat disappointed that there aren't enough handlebar holding arms to have them all riding with two hands. I suppose I'll have to put weapons in hands for now until I can acquire some biker arm bits. To cheer me up though, a friend is trading me some black orc heads for my boys! Can't wait! |

I finally got my heater working upstairs where my hobby room is...I got a whole room to myself and i've filled it up already with crap! but it's warm now! luckily in Houston it rarely ever gets cold...or really cold...it was 38 this morning so people here think it's cold.... oh and love orks...one day i'll get an army of them....too much into 'nids, CSM & Dark Eldar right now.. can't wait to see your work finished...thanks for posting your techniques! peace |
