Here are some more photos of George:   Still working on the base, so if we are using Chung Central Time (PST) I should be able to finish it and post some better photos. Waiting for a portable photo box for cell phones I got on Kickstarter, but hasn't shipped yet. I ran with the suggestion from Yaumasta, thanks, of brown to beige, and came up with this. I used Andrea's Flesh set, All I used were the Base 1 and 2, 50/50 mix for the base coat, then a wash of P3 Flesh Wash, base coated again, then added Game Color Bone White for the highlights, kept the paints very thin. Finally I thinned the base coat color till it was tinted water and went over the all the wings, including the purple. Did this to tone it down a bit, and help with the transition of the highlights. I like how it turned out, will work on this combo till I get it a little better. Anyway, will post some better photos ASAP, hope you like him, and again thanks to Yaumasta, and all the rest for the kind words of encourgement and suggestions.
