Trying something different, I am glazing in the colors, so far I think there's about 20 layers! I know he is an albino by the fluff, and I am going that way, just a bit of a twist. Member Since: May 10, 2013 RK: 1 MP: 0 | Friday August 30, 2013 3:22 AM Started to work on the skin for Madrak, in the fluff he's an albino, but I wanted to try something different. the idea was to try and replicate the skin disorder of Vitiligo, which is the total lose of pigment, but in spots on the body not the whole. Kind figured that as legends got going small things would change in the story till the whole thing was different than the truth. Oh, albinoism is a form of this disorder. Well didn't work out as I planned, as you can see. So, guess I will go with the albino fluff, due to time running out on me. Next time I will do the fancy stuff first...lol. Still looking to finish by Saturday, so more pics then.  Oh, I do plan to try a tartan for him, wish me luck! Sarge "If you ain't CAV, you ain't!!" |

Haven't stopped since I got home from work, here's a test pattern for the tartan, it is taken from the Trollblood Forces book. Just hope I can adjust to a smaller size, guess we'll see. Thanks again for the encouragement.  Looks pretty bad in the photo, but I painted it on my cutting pad, I also used GW Gryphonne Sepia for the brown, won't on the model. Fingers crossed.
